Our warehouse is in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.  Orders are shipped within 24 hours upon processing of your order.  All orders are delivered via Priority Mail USPS and normally take 3-5 business days. We do offer express/overnight delivery for an additional charge. If you need the package delivered urgently, please request the “Express service” at the time of placing the order.

Yes, the size chart is very accurate for all products. If you have specific questions, please give us a call and we’ll provide detailed measurements about the styles you’re interested in. Every gown is slightly varied in size and may fit differently on girls based on the height and the weight.  Please do not order multiple styles and return them unused. This will cost you extra shipping charges on the returns.

If you are unsatisfied with any full-priced or sale items (excluding clearance), you must complete a CRAF , Customer Return Authorization Form within 7 days of the date of receipt. Returns will NOT be accepted AFTER beyond this point. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless items are proven to be defective. Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. CLEARANCE items CAN NOT be returned, as all sales are final. Full-priced items may be returned for a credit card refund, and sale items may be exchanged for online store credit. Please fill in a CRAF before sending merchandise back. Like any other dress, our dresses should be washed with like colors, tumble dry/low heat dry and hang the dress to retain it’s shape after the drying. If it need ironing, please do so at the medium/low setting possible or put another light cloth over the dress and iron it at high to protect the dress.
